Genesis says:
“Genesis 3:16: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.”
If a woman does not become pregnant, does not give birth, and does not desire any husband, what would happen? Women would no longer be unfortunate, would they? Thanks be to a merciful God for leaving such a wide door open to women.
